We now wait for a decision off The Performing Rights Society.
Do we wait suspended or get on with it?

Do we take the negative decision off ACE as a mark that this work is not fit for social consumption?

We apparently fitted all criteria but the competition was too high /

We have gigs lined up and an idea /
Based on challenging the traditional compositional systems
as well as the performance context that so much new music is presented in,
and that of the audience / performer / relationship..

Like Theatre limited by it's classic strong hold.

I have a back ground of arriving into locations that are often site specific to the idea
being made . . .
An underground canal lock / ex-hospitals / old factories / the street / a telephone box / an apartment / a box / a desert / a mountain /
a council estate / a tennis court / a football pitch / a train station / a hill of warehouses / a city / a country a continent / the body - see HERE for examples . . . approaches
We presently have University Manchester @ Mantis Festival / October and then Kings Place / London and Oxley Mill / Preston
Variety . . . in location and in duration of performance.

Why would anyone spend a multiple of hours chipping away at developing something for it not to be heard / seen / experienced / engaged with . . .
What would be the point.

Venues are locations that have been developed as a meeting point between 'artist' and an audience /
very cool concept . . . a meeting point . . . organised and even funded by the state . . .
However we have organised locations that hold / that are those meeting points / institutional traps /
But as it was pointed out to me sometime ago / these locations house "key holders" - "Gate Keepers" . . . normally known as promoters . . .
